Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (ADM) isolated soy protein line, CLARISOY™, won the Best Beverage I…Archer Daniels Midland Company’s (ADM) isolated soy protein line, CLARISOY™, won the Best Beverage Ingredient Concept award at the 2012 InterBev Awards ceremony held Oct. 17 at the InterBev tradeshow.
CLARISOY is the first vegetable-based, complete protein that offers 100% solubility in beverage applications with a pH of less than 4.0.
Uses of the ingredient include recovery beverages, citrus-based drinks, fruit flavored beverages, fruit juice blends, powdered beverage mixes and fortified waters.
