In his new role, Pederson will manage the corporate demand planning and APS functions at Caravan Ingredients. He also will lead the company through key initiatives, including SKU optimization, collaborative planning and inventory optimization.
Pederson has held various leadership roles, has training in Six Sigma and Lean Training and Manufacturing. He has earned a master’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.
