SK Food International has introduced quinoa crisps to its line of ingredients. Quinoa, an ancient grain, is a whole grain and free of gluten. It offers protein, omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. Quinoa crisps potentially may be used in cereal, snacks, granola and energy bars, and other applications.

The crisps have a light, nutty flavor and are crunchy in texture. They are available as non-bioengineered or certified organic. The crisps are custom-milled and may be processed according to specific requirements. Varying size options range from 1.7 mm to 3.75 mm.
