The new items include Sriracha Egg Sandwich, which features Sriracha sauce, egg, sausage, cheddar cheese, fresh red peppers on a plain bagel. Bruegger's Bagels' Morning Glory Bagel features apple butter folded into the simple bagel dough, along with shredded carrots, raisins, sunflower seeds and cinnamon.
In addition, the range features two new salads, including Blue Apple Salad - made on a bed of spring lettuce, is served with Bruegger's Bagels new Champagne Vinaigrette dressing, a combination of chicken, dried cranberries, sliced almonds and diced apples, topped with blue cheese crumbles; Chicken Almond Salad - tossed with diced chicken, almonds, cucumber, Asiago cheese and chopped red bell pepper and will be topped with a new Tangy Olive Oil dressing.
Bruegger's Enterprises, a fast-casual restaurant segment, operates 302 Bruegger's Bagels bakeries in North America.
