High Liner FoodUltimate Salmon Burgers on Tuesday launched the Ultimate Salmon Burger, under the FPI brand portfolio.

The salmon burger is made from a premium blend of Atlantic and Wild Pacific Salmon with no fillers or additives. The burgers are crafted to present a made-from-scratch, hand-smashed appearance. Available in 2-, 4- and 6-ounce sizes, the burgers are flash frozen, fully prepared and can be flat grill, pan fry, bake or char grill.

“The American burger segment is as popular as ever due to the better-burger trend driving growth,” said Carolyn Piscatelli, FPI brand manager. “With customer demand for healthier menu options on the rise and salmon’s position as the ultimate healthy protein choice, the time is ideal for a signature quality salmon burger that will differentiate operator’s menus.”
