Nurture, a new Nurturespecialist juice and nutrition company, has been founded by nutritional experts aiming to create the healthiest, most effective programme to facilitate a healthier and natural lifestyle.

Nurture’s programme is packed with more than 20 varieties of raw ingredients to provide a “10 a Day” diet.

There are five juices Nurture drinks available at launch.

These have been developed to keep the body nourished, energised and hydrated throughout a three, six or seven day programme which can be a cleanse, as part of a nutritious low-calorie daily meal plan for 5:2 diets, or a daily “top-up” of nutrients for athletes.

Nurture’s aim is to be the most efficient way for individuals to reach their nutrition, diet or fitness goals.

The five juices cover the vital nutritional areas reflected in the juice names – “Rehydrate, Refresh, Revive, Replenish and Re-energise.”

The programme is launching at £170.99, which includes 18 drinks, five protein sachets and seven days of probiotics supplements.

Nurture’s recommended three or six day cleanse programmes serve as a weight loss tool.

The programmes are low calorie, and because they include protein powder for a protein boost, as well as 10 daily portions of fruit and vegetables, they provide a balance of essential nutrients, unlike other low calorie diets.

They can also be used to accompany intermittent fasting diets such as the 5:2, ensuring that weight-loss seekers get their recommended daily amount of fruit, vegetables, vitamins and nutrients – even on a calorie-controlled diet.

The range also includes extras to customise the programme, including raspberry protein powder and pre- & pro-biotic sachets.

Nurture Juices are available online, and can be delivered direct to the door throughout the UK.
