US-based dietary supplements manufacturer Pharmavite has launched Voots Veggie-Fruit Tarts, a supplement for kids that features antioxidant properties.

The new product is made from fruits and vegetables and is available in two chewable berry-flavored tarts.The company noted that the product provides the Vitamin C antioxidant power of three servings of fruits and vegetables.

The supplement has been prepared with dried, crushed real fruits and vegetables such as apples, cranberries, oranges, prunes, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, carrots, sweet potatoes, zucchinis and green beans.

Pharmavite Marketing vice president Erin O'Malia Gehan remarked that the new product was made for kids to provide antioxidants in the form a tart.

Voots supplement does not contain artificial flavors or preservatives and they will be available in single-serve packets with an RRP of $9.99 for a carton with 14 tarts.
