Vitamin Angels, Neptune Hosting Poker Tournament at Supplyside West
Neptune Technologies & Bioressources is hosting a Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament Fund Raiser in…Neptune Technologies & Bioressources is hosting a Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament Fund Raiser in Las Vegas on Tuesday, Nov. 6. A minimum of 50-percent of the proceeds will be given to Vitamin Angels, with the remainder of the proceeds distributed amongst the top 15 finalists.
This inaugural event, taking place the evening before the SupplySide West expo hall opens, will be held at The Venetian. Hosts are Henri Harland, president and CEO of Neptune, and Howard Schiffer, the president of Vitamin Angels; the guest of honor is John Elway, who signed on as an ambassador for Neptune's NKO krill oil earlier this year.
Cost to participate in the tournament is $1,000 per player, plus a $100 entry fee; players can be accompanied by a chaperone for $500. There is a maximum of 150 players. More details are available from Ashley Remy, a.remy@neptunebiotech.com.
