ConAgra buys Unilever frozen meal businesses
ConAgra Foods, Inc. has completed its acquisition of the Bertolli and P.F. Chang’s Home Menu frozen…ConAgra Foods, Inc. has completed its acquisition of the Bertolli and P.F. Chang’s Home Menu frozen meals business from Unilever P.L.C. for $267 million.
The acquisition was first announced on July 30 and includes the frozen meal businesses, a license for the use of the Bertolli brand name and the transfer of Unilever’s existing license with P.F. Chang’s for the use of the P.F. Chang’s Home Menu brand name.
