Scallops & SauceClearwater Seafoods is rolling out a frozen scallop product to restaurants and retailers.

Scallops & Sauce contains wild-caught scallops coated in garlic cream sauce and may be added to pasta and salads or paired with steak, chicken or fish.

“Clearwater is focused on innovating and positioning our products to deliver superior customer satisfaction and value,” said Ian Smith, chief executive officer. “Our MSC-certified wild Scallops & Sauce underscores our ongoing commitment to understanding and delivering superior value to our customers while staying true to our mission of sustainable seafood excellence.”

Available in 8-oz portions for retail and 6-oz portions for food service, the product will roll out throughout the year with additional flavors to follow.
