McDonald’s Corp. is introducing a yolk-free version of its Egg McMuffin this spring.

The Egg White Delight includes a whole-grain muffin, Canadian bacon and white cheddar cheese. The sandwich contains 260 calories, compared with a regular Egg McMuffin, which has 300.

The chain has been testing the breakfast item in select markets.
