High Liner Foods, prepared frozen seafood products manufacturer in North America, has completed the final stages of the Icelandic USA integration in less than a year after the acquisition.

The company has fully integrated the foodservice and retail sales forces, broker networks, product lines, and operations within the first six months.

All High Liner Foods' foodservice products in the US have started shipping from the company's distribution center in Virginia and retail products from distribution center in Massachusetts.

High Liner Foods acquired the Icelandic Group's US and Asian operations for $232.7m.

High Liner's branded products are sold throughout the US, Canada and Mexico under the High Liner, Fisher Boy, Mirabel and Sea Cuisine labels, and are available in most grocery and club stores.

The company also sells its High Liner, FPI and Mirabel food service products to restaurants and institutions, and is a major supplier of private label seafood products to North American food retailers and food service distributors.
